Pricing, plainly.
Do I have to have an EA?
No. Cadence is built for the executive first and works completely on its own. If you do have an assistant, their seat is included at no extra cost on every plan, with a workspace built for coordinating multiple executives.
Is there a free trial?
Every plan includes a 14 day free trial with full access to the features in your chosen tier. We take card details at signup so the service continues without interruption if you stay. Nothing is charged until day 15, and you can cancel before then in one click.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can move between Starter and Professional at any time, and the change applies from your next billing cycle. Enterprise is arranged with our team.
How is it billed?
Per executive seat per month, in GBP. Annual billing is available on Professional and Enterprise. Invoicing and purchase orders are available for Enterprise.
When does it make sense to talk to sales?
When you are rolling Cadence across a leadership group of 75 or more, or you need API access, cross-executive reporting, custom branding or a security review beyond the standard pack.
