The problem we set out to solve
Stratium was founded on a simple observation: most organisations have no system for managing how their senior leaders spend their time.
Senior leaders juggle strategy and execution daily. The tools available to them (generic task managers, overloaded inboxes, shared calendars) were built for different problems.
We build infrastructure specifically for executive teams: structured workflows between exec and EA, time governance, and strategic alignment tracking.
