How does the AI planning work?

Each morning, Cadence reads your calendar, work items, strategic drivers, and past patterns to generate a time-blocked daily plan. It estimates effort and flags risks (overload, focus time erosion, strategic drift). You or your EA accept, modify, or skip any suggestion.

Is my data secure?

Yes. Cadence is built on Microsoft Azure with complete tenant isolation, multi-factor authentication, and encryption for all data at rest and in transit. By default, all customer data is hosted in the EU (Azure West Europe). For organisations with sovereign data residency requirements, we offer regional hosting options. We're actively working toward SOC 2 Type II compliance.

Can my EA manage multiple executives?

Yes. EAs can be assigned to multiple executives and switch between them seamlessly. Senior EAs with the appropriate role can see all executives in the organisation. Each executive's plan, preferences, and strategic context remain separate.
